AIRTEST TECHNOLOGIES SIGNS MIKE SCHELL TO NEW MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

DELTA, BC, November 13, 2012 –AirTest Technologies (TSXV:AAT) President George Graham is very pleased to announce that Mike Schell, Vice President of Marketing & Business Development, has signed a new Management Agreement to replace his previous agreement.

In announcing this important signing, Graham said “Mike has not only played a key role in spearheading AirTest’s sales and marketing program, but has also been instrumental in developing our unequalled combination of Demand Control Ventilation systems and our state-of-the-art Parking Garage ventilation control system.”  

Graham added “Mike has a unique passion for, and knowledge of, our industry and has provided valuable input regarding the building of our strong product offering as well as our technical support system.”

In addition to his efforts on behalf of AirTest, Mike has written many articles and acted on several committees, in representing his deep knowledge of Demand Controlled Ventilation, dew point control and efficient use of fresh Air Economizers.  He is a leading authority on how to make buildings more efficient by proper utilization of measurement feedback information.
